East 42 - B is a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom home located just one block to King Street. Upon entering the home you are welcomed into an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The main living area is great for relaxing after a day exploring all that Charleston has to offer. The primary bedroom boast a king bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. The second bedroom is just off the living area complete with a queen bed, custom millwork, and private ensuite. The third bedroom boast a king bed and custom millwork just across from the bedroom is the third bathroom complete with a custom tile shower.
Just outside the home there is a lovely courtyard perfect for morning coffee. East 42 - B is delightful and full of natural light, this home is perfectly located in the charming neighborhood of Cannonbourough/Elliotbourough where you will find local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques.
This home can be combined with 42 - A to make a five bedroom, five bathroom home.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The house is exactly as pictured and the host is very responsive when reaching out. The home is clean and the beds/furniture is very comfortable.The only issue we had was parking; there is only one parking spot for the unit and if the lot is full, it takes a lot of maneuvering to exit. The water pressure is somewhat low in all restrooms.

The property is very nice, well done inside & out. It is close to King Street but a good distance from nicer shopping & dining. Only complaint is being on ground floor there is a lot of noisy foot traffic from upstairs & on weekends goes to early morning hours. Charleston is beautiful & enjoyed our visit.
