• Inviting living room with plush seating and large Smart TV (stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime & more)
• Remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large center island, ample prep space, and walk-in pantry
• Adjacent dining area with built-in banquette—seats up to 8 guests
• Guest bedroom with QUEEN bed, private ensuite bath, and glass-enclosed shower
• Powder room just off the kitchen

Second Floor includes:

I don’t appreciate the checking process. We arrived 1 hour early because our flight was early. When I contacted the mgmt company, I was told it was empty and we could get in for an additional 50!! Considering the overall rental fee, an hour before scheduled time and all that has to be done was text me the door code, I felt this was excessive and not customer friendly. We had other small issues that were addressed quickly except a toilet issue in the 1st floor BR. Other than these items everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay in Charleston. The mid month cleaning was exceptional!!
