East 46 - H is a spacious three-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment located just one block off King Street in Charleston's vibrant Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood. Enjoy easy access to local eateries, boutiques, and coffee shops.

The second floor features a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, complete with a dining table seating eight. Just off the kitchen there is a king bedroom with custom millwork, along with a full bath featuring a custom vanity and tile shower.

The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, which includes a king bed and a custom ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor is another king bedroom with an additional twin trundle bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Additional amenities in the home include a laundry closet, sleeper sofa, and one designated private parking space for your convenience.

Good amenities and excellent location. Street is noisy but is unavoidable during large construction projects.

House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Easy to walk to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. It was on the second floor and the additional bedrooms were on the 3rd floor. Lots of stairs, not great with a toddler or anyone who has trouble with stairs. Located across from a busy bar/restaurant with loud music each night. Also backed up to a major construction site that was very noisy during the week. Parking lot is very tight and not easy to park a large vehicle. Otherwise an awesome stay!

This rental may be in a convenient location near restaurants and shops, and it does offer adequate space, but those are the only positives we experienced.The noise situation was completely unacceptable. The music from the bar across the street—especially the bass—was so loud that it felt like it was inside the house, continuing until 2 a.m. every night. We could even hear people’s conversations from indoors. On top of that, construction started around 7 a.m., with metal clanging loudly for hours. We heard street sweepers and garbage trucks as early as 5am every single day. Anyone attempting to work remotely would find it impossible to take calls or maintain any level of professionalism in this environment. Sound machines and noise cancelling headphones were not enough to drown out the noise. We are going home exhausted. The water pressure was also extremely poor. It was so low that washing our hair or doing dishes became a frustrating challenge.To make matters worse, we reached out to the host on both Saturday and Sunday and received no response at all.While the home has potential due to its location, the severe noise issues, inadequate water pressure, and lack of communication from the host made our stay significantly below expectations. We would suggest noting the construction on the listing so people are forewarned. The water pressure needs to be fixed. Insulation and upgrading windows would help. And adding more storage in the rooms as we had no space to unpack.
