Treovis Farm, a cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with range cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating and a living/dining room with woodburning stove, TV and dining seating for five guests. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin, and single serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there are four acres of land containing a garden with lawn, decking, furniture, and barbecue, table tennis, and off-road parking for 3 cars available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 4 miles you will find a shop, 1.4 miles a pub and 0.2 miles a river. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Treovis Farm. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP 350. Note: There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Note: Due to the stairs at the cottage, this property is not suitable for very young children or the infirm.
