They advertise there's a pool BUT is not on site. There was a pool on site, but we were not allowed to use it . The pool that comes with this lodge is 10 miles away, and you have to book it

Nice views but very dated lodge.
Needs a bit of upkeep , weeding and paint decking.
Took clock off wall to replace batteries and there was horrendous mould of some sort behind the clock.
Also went to use swimming pool and was told we weren't allowed. We were told the owners wished (very strange) us to use a pool which was miles away in Tavern stock. Had we had children with us it would have been extremely disappointing!
It needs to be stated that you can't use outdoor pool or indoor pool!
No instructions that there were two immersions switches to be able to have hot water. One downstairs and one upstairs . Which caused us to be late for the party we were attending.
