Manorcombe 17 is a single storey holiday cottage in the Tamar Valley Resort of Callington. Situated in a beautiful leafy setting away from the main thoroughfare this is a great place to relax. There are three bedrooms sleeping up to four adults and two children along with one bathroom and one shower room. The living space is open plan with a kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with comfy sofas. Outside there is a patio area with furniture which leads onto the communal lawned and paved gardens and a range of family friendly activities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, bar/ restaurant, tennis courts and childrens play area. Manorcombe 17 is the perfect place to stay for all the family, all year round. Note: Holiday park restrictions prevent workers/contractors staying on site.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with garden furniture, communal lawned garden. One pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. On-site shop and pub 5 minute walk. Beach 10 miles. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
