The location was perfect for us, as it made it easy to explore both Cornwall and Devon. It was around a 40-minute drive to Plymouth, with lovely beaches and attractions also just a short drive away. The house is situated in a peaceful, family-friendly complex. We really enjoyed using the outdoor swimming pool, and overall it was a lovely place for a relaxing family stay.

So lovely to have the pool and gym and they were free to use (the host should big this up we had no idea!) Lots of beds: 1 double, 4 singles 2 toilets

There seemed to be a constant rumbling near the 3rd bedroom. Perhaps the neighbours have an extractor fan running? It was a bit loud at night.

The property was as described, although I didn't realise the bedrooms were downstairs and the livingroom and kitchen was upstairs. This helped keep us cooler at night and the views from the patio area were lovely. The double bed was very comfortable. Airfryer and slow cooker were a bonus, dishwasher was great! We appreciated the toilet rolls, hand soap and few dishwasher tablets when we arrived.

The property advertises as having WiFi, this is not accurate. For our 10 days we had intermittent WiFi at best for 5 days then nothing. The owner expected us to wait in and liaise with the Internet company. The router needed a new sim which didnt come and a local mast was down (whilst not the owners fault some compassion would have been nice) The whole park was a bit of a dead zone for mobile data too (not the owners fault) I contacted the owner regarding WiFi and she stopped replying, her last response was well I cant do anything so why reply. The oven didn't work, the hobs did. It was lucky we could use the slow cooker. The single beds were not comfortable, too soft. Its a pet friendly property but dogs were not allowed on the furniture. Bit tricky having to shut all the bedroom doors to keep the dogs out. Its open plan. Our bedrooms got hotter as the week went on. Finally if steps/stairs are an issue I wouldnt recommend. The accommodation is at the bottom of the park and you have to go down the steps to get to it, and the handrail fell apart when my 10 year old lent on it.
