The location was good for what we needed and the pub on site very handy

The WiFi was very poor, one of the single beds was broken, and advertised two double beds but was only one double and 4 singles, there was a few cups missing and also not many knifes and forks

Pleasant stay but the house needs a bit of maintenance

The house is beautiful… location is good… kid friendly area… small playground, swimming pool… the house has all the amenities… we had a pleasant stay…

The communication at the beginning was not good… we arrived at 8 pm… but we were given the wrong key safe code and wrong caretaker’s number… the caretaker said we didn’t have any booking… at the point I was literally panicking as we already drove 7 hrs with 2 kids and all the payment had been made… anyhow after bit of searching in my mails I found the host’s number… She was nice to talk to and she gave me the right code… the WiFi and the light fittings in the living room were not working… I requested to fix the WiFi as there is literally zero 4G connection once we are inside… the engineer came and it took two days… so we had the last 2 days to internet connection…

Lovely place. Morning sun on balcony. Great facilities on holiday park, pub, swimming pools and games room. Great information pack included.

Only half a roll of toilet paper on arrival had to buy more. Expected two double beds but one room was set up as a twin (not a massive issue)

Location was excellent... Enjoyable experience . The cottage was clean and my kids really enjoyed well . But there was few problems to be honest

The cottage Number 28 boiler was leaking . The water falls in Downstairs one of the toilet . Also faulty toiet lights . Front door lock was bit difficult to lock . Unfortunately there was no fans provided.

Gorgeous cottage in between devon & Cornwall. Great if you want to explore only 30mins from plymouth. 5mins from local pub 10 mins from tesco superstore

Beautiful House good views -Damp need addressing

Good Location, beautiful views out the back, very spacious upstairs. Washing Machine, Iron and WiFi available at the premises. Plenty of utensils plates and cutlery. Dishwasher and washing machine also included. Comfy beds, wardrobes in each room, downstairs is pretty dark but there is plenty of lighting. Toilet and bathroom look brand-new and in good condition.

The outside looks a bit scruffy by the front door, few bumps and scrapes on the wall but nothing major. Large burn mark on downstairs carpet under the rug. Does get very hot upstairs but that is expected. Biggest problem for myself having asthma was the damp, my partner and daughter slept in the bedrooms no problem but I felt it on my chest straight away and had to sleep upstairs on the sofa with the door open, could tell it was quite musky as I walked through the door.

Enjoyed our week in Cornwall very much.

Nicely situated. A good location for planning excursions. Excellent views over the countryside. The cheapest garage I saw in Cornwall for fuel was one minute up the road - very handy.

There was nothing wrong at all with the property but found it weird in this day and age that there were no recyclable bins on the site. Everything was put in general waste. Needs reviewing.

Superb

Spacious living/dining areas leading on to a lovely balcony that captures the morning sun. From there, bucolic views stretch into the distance, as far as the eye can see. The 3 bedrooms on the lower level are on the smaller side but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Free on-site parking right in front of the property is an added bonus though you have some steps from the car park to the entrance of the property .

A little step up to the kitchen area was a slight trip hazard for a toddler but he soon learnt how to navigate the space well. Also, having never used induction hobs before, it took a while to get used to the settings.

Fabulous cottage, amazing view and very well located.

The property was so well equipped. It was really like home from home (but with some things I liked even more than I have at home). The view from the cottage was amazing. We were there 3 nights and really didn't need to travel far to have fun. The donkey sanctuary was very close and really worth a visit. The Rifle Volunteer pub was also close and was excellent for meals. My family used the swimming pool on site and said it was good.

I didn't realise the cottage was on such a large site of holiday and permanent homes but it wasn't actually a problem.

Yes, I would stay again.

We new the area very well as we grew up there. These where know as villas in the 80s and are certainly alot better than they where then, specially the walls (used to be painted bras blocks). Lovely furnished and well equipped. Lovely warm beds on a cold night (3c)

Need a door mat to wipe your feet, specially on a rainy day, as you get wet socks when taking your boots off. No mattress protectors, lovely beds, put to protect them, need water proof protectors. Towel rail in bathroom was cold.

Great accommodation

The ‘cottage’ was very clean, great sized rooms and fantastic views from the upstairs living area, great outdoor space on the balcony. Lovely quiet location on the holiday park but only a short walk to the on site pub/swimming pools/gym and games room. Fantastic host who sorted out problem with key fob access to leisure facilities immediately
