About this house rental

Unit 24 Lot 66.. This is a cozy ocean meadow, two bedrooms, two bath plus loft home. The master bedroom and loft both have queen beds while the guest bedroom as a full bed plus a twin bed. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub or relax on the deck while taking pleasure in the meadow views. Take a short five-minute walk to Shell Beach or visit nearby One-Eyed Jack's playground; continue on the Bluff Trail to enjoy the unique Sea Ranch scenic ocean views. Great me for the budget minded family vacation. Dogs welcome. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided, bring your own or rent them from Beach Rentals.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we took our granddaughters to Sea Ranch. They really loved it. Their most favorite part of the house was the bean bag chair. To have fair access to the chair we moved it downstairs so they could take turns while watching tv.I thought that the easy access to the nearby beaches were great! We walked down many times. As I have stayed in various houses at Sea Ranch my husband and I found that this house was just right for us and that it flowed very nicely. The younger granddaughter was disappointed that there was no bunkbed as in the description pictures but I told her it was better, no climbing up and down.I also appreciated that there were amenities like foil, plastic wrap, plastic containers, oven mitts and other household items like a real house. I imagine that the house has had years of family stays and family members bringing up their spare kitchen items as contributions to the vacation house. It felt like a real home and not just a rental.I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Clisham. It is indeed a cozy pleasant place. Location is great, a short walk to beautiful beach and bluff trail. It does not have ocean view but it is close to ocean. It is rather small house but was convenient for our family of 5. House is very well maintained, everything is in working condition, It is also very clean, unusually clean for rental properties, with sufficient amount of bathroom/kitchen/cleaning supplies, better than in many houses we stayed. We cooked a lot and found pretty much everything we needed for it in the very well organized kitchen. Kitchen appliances are good. At the same time, it is house in mainly original condition, not recently remodeled, though well maintained.I would mentioned 2 maintenance items. TV is of a good size and works well, but there is a vertical black line on the right side of the screen, which does not prevent you from enjoying show, but may get worse in the future. Also, tube lighting fixture above mirror in master bathroom is not stable, it is on and off, and may need to be fixed.Maintenance company communicated with us very well and prepared house extremely well for our arrival. Thank you!I would suggest, if possible, to make possible to check-in and check-out without making a trip to Gualala office. I would definitely recommend this house to my family and friends.Thank you again.

It’s near the seal rookery and we got to see newborn pups nursing! And it smells wonderful! It does get windy in the afternoons so we tend to hike in the mornings.

Clisham was a great house. We enjoyed it very much. Right by Shell Beach and many Sea Ranch Trails. The description is very accurate, beds were comfy. Kitchen is great. Bathrooms are nice. It's snug, which was fine for us. The fireplace really heats up the house.It would be nice if the loft had a dresser. Agency was great!We loved it!

Peek-a-boo view of water from the deck. Very comfy bed in master bedroom! Great location for access to hiking trails. Just wish the owners left a guest book. We have been coming to Sea Ranch for years - different homes and I love reading about the various renters experiences. One home, now sold, was great, with guest books going back to the 70s. Oh just know - instructions on how to use TV, wifi, etc are posted around the home and not in a central location so you have to look for them. Not hard to find when you do.

Excellent location for access to Seal rookery, Tide Pool and Shell Beaches. We love the meadow view! The home is dated and lacking in any of the accoutrements you might expect at a vacation rental; board games, ironing board, decent pots and pans. Unlikely we will re-rent but we were happy to have found a same day rental that would accept dogs. And the price was reasonable, so if you are OK with zero frills and a dated home, this will fit the bill.
