About this house rental
This Pipers Reach home has original classic design with ocean views. Only a short walk to the bluff trails and Shell Beach. Comfortable No smoking dog friendly house. Soft new bedding, fully stocked kitchen and much more.
Included in the rental of The Pipers Reach home is access to the various recreational areas. Your house pass allows you to enjoy the swimming pool, tennis courts and sauna. Or bring your bikes(we provide 3 bikes) the bike trail is immediately behind the house and 10 mile bluff trail is steps away. Nearby activities include tide pooling, wine tasting, hiking nearby parks, fishing and exploring Gualala or the Sea Ranch lodge. Two grocery stores in Gualala 10 min from our home.
Nice open floor plan downstairs with a new 50 in screen TV, Netflix and a wood burning stove. We offer free internet and Direct TV. Master bedroom is a king with full bath and TV, guest room upstairs is a queen with full bath and downstairs is a half bath and den to accommodate two more guests. You can bring up to two dogs for an additional fee. We provide dog and beach towels in the garage.
The Master bedroom has a deck off the South side of house and gives you a nice ocean view. Off the deck is a nice inviting hot tub also views to the ocean. On a warm day lounge on the chairs in your private fenced in yard while listening to the surf.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and matching service for 8. Don't worry about bringing salt and pepper we provide spices and paper goods. Our house is perfect for a few couples or family to enjoy time to relax and unwind while enjoying the coast. If you need to do a little work we have a work desk in Master Bedroom with great internet access.

Property was very clean, neat, well kept and comfortable. Enclosed backyard perfect for our dog, hot tub was great, location to Shell beach amazing. Only drawback was we weren't aware dogs were not allowed upstairs where the only bedrooms are. We slept upstairs one night but chose to sleep downstairs on the couches afterwards so we didn't have to keep our dog separated from us at bedtime. Fold out bed in den wasn't as comfy as the couches but all worked out fine. Owner was very accommodating and communicative. Great time!

One of the cleanest and tidiest houses we've stayed in at Sea Ranch. Loved being so close to Shell Beach and the bluff trail.

Beautiful home short walk to Shell Beach. Couches/beds were comfortable-kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed the bikes, Weber grill, ping pong table, hot tub and roomy living room. Brought our 2 well behaved dogs who loved having a fenced in area. We relaxed in the courtyard enjoying the sun. Will definitely book again.
