Very cute studio. As a single traveller it was perfect but it might be a squeeze for a couple. Air con was very effective and there wasn’t much noise despite the location. Great prompt communication with the owner via the app. The room is exactly as it appears in the photos.
Anyone with mobility issues shouldn’t consider it due to the stairs. I had a bike with me and managed ok.

It isn’t immediately obvious that the fob on the key ring is what opens the door, and I don’t think the door number is mentioned.
