The location was great, really close very safe feeling and convenient. Staff were responsive and very polite
The ac remote didn’t work, so I had to reach out to the staff every time I wanted the AC on or off via an app. This felt uncomfortable that I wasn’t able to control this in my own room, especially when they would turn it off without me asking. The staff were usually very responsive but it felt awkward me having to ask them to adjust the temperature and turn it on or off which I didn’t want. The room also smelled very strongly of damp from the AC unit leaking which was rather overpowering.
