Everything about the property is amazing

This was our second stay at this wonderful property and it did not disappoint. It is immaculately presented throughout. The hosts are easily contactable and they have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely highly recommended. Cannot wait to return once more.

Beautiful old cottage with lovely decor and a jukebox!! Very generous hosts with the goodies they left. We had a blip with the boiler and they were super quick to sort it out for us. Could have stayed longer til the sun came out and we would have sat in the private garden. Not only were the humans catered for but our first friend too with blankets and a treat. Would completely recommend.

The cottage is absolutely stunning, clean and tidy and extremely well presented. Communication from the hosts was detailed and quick. The beds were lovely and comfy, the decor is beautiful. The location is good with plenty of amenities nearby. The Victoria pub is great to stop off for a drink. The Raj Gate Indian Restaurant, which is a short car/uber journey away is fantastic, serving amazing food and for an amazing gastronomic experience another local pub, The Plough and Harrow, is the place to go (the beef pappardelle is scrumptious). We had a drive over to Southport which was about half an hour away. I would highly recommend this dog friendly cottage as a place to stay.

I really have nothing to complain about but one thing that would have made the stay just a tiny little bit better would have been if there were curtains in the bedroom at the rear of the property. There is a blind but the couple in our party who stayed in this bedroom found that they were awoken early due to the light that was penetrating the blind - This really isn't a complaint as everything else was just perfect. It's just a suggestion that may enhance what really was an amazing stay.
