The location was great for us, not far to travel and the walk around the camp site was nice and the Liverpool Leeds canal.
The bird poop all over the back of the garden was a bit disgusting.

Loved the house, so many games and things to make it feel like home. Was so much better than I expected. The beds were very comfy. The hot tub was amazing. Such a quiet location as well considering how many people are on site. It was such a relaxing stay, wish it was longer
Loved it all! We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the hot tub, think it must just stay on constantly but spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and googling it.

Lovely big rooms on a nice site
Everything was provided including towels
Beautiful secured rear garden
WiFi was very slow, with tv stopping often
Beds require mattress protectors
Some kitchen fittings were loose

Warm and inviting , the Christmas decorations were a lovely and unexpected touch and really added to our family break. The hot tub was also super hot and ready for use immediately on arrival.
