Desayuno muy rico tipo buffet con productos más internacionales, pero también típicos de la gastronomía vietnamita muy frescos y ricos. Recomendable. Piscina muy íntima y con vistas de la ciudad maravillosas. Staff muy correcto y pendiente de todo. Limpieza un 10. Gracias por todo. Si regrasamos, volveremos.

Nada. Hotel en buenas condiciones, cómodo y céntrico. Merece la pena si quieres patear el casco antiguo y estar cerca del descanso. No probamos spa, con lo que no puedo opinar.

We had a fantastic stay at Splendid Star Grand Hotel and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are excellent. We originally booked a standard room, but they kindly upgraded us to a family room, which was amazing — huge, spacious, comfortable, and much better than we expected. But the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Mr. Harry was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you also to Mr. Tom and Mr. Mina, and to the whole team. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and always ready to help. We felt very well looked after and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Hanoi. Thank you so much for everything! 😊

Overall we had a really love stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon arrival they greeted us and took our bags for us, brought us fresh juice and fruit and joked around with the kids. They were helpful with bookings and everything we needed. The toom was very spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. And the location is very central.

The only issues is the thenpool, which is located a 6-7 minute walk away, but it was very nice, and a staff member of the hotel walked us the whole way there to make sure we found it.

la pulizia: su 5 notti prenotate hanno pulito la camera solo 3, capisco che non l’abbiano pulita la notte i cui li avevo avvisati avremmo dormito fuori ma lmultima notte no, e inoktre mai pulito il balcone o svuotato il posacenere. In camera abbiamo visto una blatta, cosi come nel locale colazione. Ma immagino sia normale. Colazione scarso livello.
