La stanza è davvero molto bella, curata e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Anche la posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza: si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo e centrale, ben collegato con il resto della città tramite metro, tram e autobus. Anche spostarsi in taxi verso il centro è molto conveniente: noi abbiamo speso circa 6 € a corsa. Inoltre, a circa un minuto a piedi dall’appartamento c’è un minimarket ben fornito, molto comodo per le necessità quotidiane.

L’aspetto più critico del nostro soggiorno è stato sicuramente la biancheria da letto. Per il letto matrimoniale non erano disponibili coperte abbastanza grandi e abbiamo dovuto adattarci utilizzando il copripiumino. Abbiamo segnalato il problema all’host, che purtroppo non è riuscito a trovare una soluzione durante il nostro soggiorno. Aggiungerei inoltre qualche cuscino in più: per chi, come noi, è abituato a dormire con due cuscini a testa, sarebbe utile avere qualche cuscino aggiuntivo a disposizione. Sono dettagli relativamente semplici da risolvere, ma che incidono parecchio sul comfort durante il soggiorno. Un altro aspetto migliorabile riguarda le tende. Sono presenti tende pesanti, molto utili per oscurare la stanza e schermare la luce del mattino, ma manca una soluzione che permetta di avere contemporaneamente luce naturale e privacy. Essendo la stanza al primo piano e con diversi appartamenti di fronte, sarebbe secondo noi ideale un sistema a doppia tenda: una leggera e filtrante, da utilizzare durante il giorno per far entrare la luce senza essere troppo esposti alla vista dei dirimpettai, e una più pesante per oscurare la stanza durante la notte.

The place is very cute and well located, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. There is no metro nearby, but taxis are easy to take, and it’s not far from the city center. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There is AC, a TV, and the bed was very comfortable.

There was an issue with the main entrance door of the building. It wasn’t the apartment owner’s fault, and they fixed it later, but during that time it was a little complicated to get in and out of the building. There is also no private parking space. However, you can usually find parking close to the building. The parking is paid, but you can pay by SMS when there is an available space. One small recommendation would be to add window blinds or shutters for more privacy. The apartment isn’t very bright inside, so when the lights are on, it feels like the neighbors might be able to see inside. There are curtains but shutters might be better for during the day.
