Black Peak Panorama central apartment

Joli, confortable, fonctionnel et bien placé. Juste devant la station de métro et un magasin d'alimentation. Mais on peut aussi facilement marcher jusqu'au centre ville si on est sportif. Quartier sûr. Eu bcp de plaisir dans cette ville.

L'entreprise de nettoyage laisse à désirer mais cela a été notifié au propriétaire qui fera le nécessaire 👌🏻

🙂 emplacement près des commerces et des stations de métro et tram. Bonne literie. Déco simple et agréable. Appartement clair et ensoleillé. Belle vue sur la montagne. climatisation appréciable car il a fait très chaud lors de notre séjour.

😒 cafetière en panne au 1er petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire prévenu est venu la reprendre mais ne l 'a pas remplacée . Donc pas de cafetière pendant les 6 jours de notre séjour. C était pas cool car elle etait dans la liste des équipements affichés sur booking.

great host, great place, great internet - the place is nice and neat, very central, the building my look a bit old but the apartment is renovated and has everything you may need. The communication with the host was great.

The location was great, next to a subway station and a grocery shop and a nice restaurant nearby. The apartment building i found to be quite charming and nice even if it's old and the place was quite clean and had everything you would need, like a washing machine with detergent, cooking ingredients and spices as well as a great TV with internet access, we could watch any movie or show we wanted. It was a great place to watch the world cup final :) The terrace had a nice view of Vitosha mountain and the rooms were also nicely decorated. The AC was a big plus.

Unfortunately the elevator was working only half the time during our whole stay and we had to use the stairs, which was unpleasant as the place is located on the 7th floor of the building and it was very inconvenient, it should be listed somewhere for people with mobility issues. Another thing was that the apartment had very thin walls and we could hear the people in the room next to us, or possibly above us, during the night and we had to use earplugs for sleeping. The bed was also kind of uncomfortable because the mattress is very hard. The place had multiple outlets that were half torn off from the wall and using them felt very unsafe.
