Overall, it was fine. The location is excellent—the neighborhood is safe and quiet with convenient access to bus stations and major grocery shops. The apartment includes a desk suitable for laptop work.
In general, the apartment is lacking basic maintenance:
- Upon arrival, the refrigerator was non-functional and defrosted during the night, causing water to spill on the floor the next morning.
- Taps in the apartment dispense hot water immediately after cold water with minimal adjustment.
- The bathroom cabinet doors are broken (both under and above the sink).
- Some of the wall outlets are loose and falling out.
- One of the pillows has a strong cigarette smoke odor.
- The kitchen window falls out of its frame when opened to the top.
- Both the sink drain and washing machine filter are clogged.
