Всичко беше много добре

Направих резервация в Apart2bedroomslux София, но по погрешка бях направил резервацията за грешна дата. Няколко минути по-късно осъзнах грешката си и веднага се обадих на телефонния номер на хотела. Дамата, която вдигна телефона, беше много любезна. Обясних ситуацията и я помолих дали е възможно да сменим датата на резервацията. Наистина много ни помогнаха и промениха датата без да ни таксуват допълнително. Останахме много доволни от тяхното отношение и разбиране. Ако отново ми се наложи да остана в София, със сигурност 100% бих избрал Apart2bedroomslux отново. Горещо препоръчвам!

I think the 2 bedroom is fine but I only stayed in it for one night out of our 6 week stay. I booked a 2-bed apartment with washing machine, and wrote a message some weeks before arriving in the country, specifically asking if there is a washing machine. Remember this was a 6 week stay, so being able to do laundry is important, especially when travelling with a yeenager. Person messaged back via booking.com and was told yes, there is definitely a washing machine in the apartment. Flew to Bulgaria, checked in, and there's no washing machine Messaged again to ask about the situation and was told there is a washing machine in reception. Also untrue. A phone call, spoke with someone who offered me a different apartment in the same building that has a washing machine but the apartment is smaller. That was the best of bad choices, so I took it. I slept on a sofa bed for 6 weeks in a 1 bedroom apartment (my teenager had the bedroom). No discount was offered and I didn't request one. Some days before leaving, I messaged via WhatsApp to ask for a later checkout. The message was ignored for a few days so I followed up, and after some back-and-forth we negotiated something. I was disappointed that there was so little flexibility considering that after arriving in a new country and finding that the apartment/facilities I paid for didn't really exist was a 90 minute later checkout. It's a shame, as the apartment and building are quite nice, and if I had known the truth from the beginning I could have planned/packed differently and given a much better review.

Misinformation is disappointing even when the apartment is fine.
