About this apartment rental
It is a charming newly renovated 104 sq.m. apartment, just 15 minutes walk away from top center, but in a quiet area with lots of parks nearby. A spacious and artistically designed apartment with two individual bedrooms and a beautiful and spacious common area. The metro station is 6-7 minutes walk away. There is a large shopping center very close to the apartment. There is also a parking lot , which is available for guest to use.
The apartment is furnished with love to the detail. The first bedroom fits comfortably two people with its double bed. Black out curtains are provided for maximum sleeping comfort of the guests in both bedrooms! The second bedroom is appropriate for our younger guests, but it will accommodate also one adult comfortably. The sofa in the living room is wide and comfortable.
There is a roomy bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare a delicious meal. There is a large fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. The common area and the kitchen are one open space semi divided by a tailor-made breakfast bar.

After living here during the pandemic times for +6 months, if we were living in Sofia, we definitely would want that this was our home. Aleksandra and Bobi are now friends - they came for dinner as guests to their own place :)

We lived in Aleksandra and Bobi's house for nearly 5 months(!) during the outbreak and our life had been most convenient and joyful thanks to the deep home feeling this place gave us. Everything in the design and furnishing is very well thought of - you have it all, whatever you need, it's in the right place :) comfort and quality is with you.
The location is, needlessly to say, perfect - one of the highest in demand in Sofia. Also, as a car owner, I always found a parking space in the garden which was great, especially in this neighborhood it can get a bit busy.
The owners of the house are there for you, very communicative, responsible and hospital. Beautiful people to know, they added color to our quarantine life and we are very grateful they let us live in their house for such a long time. Because in reality, they live in this place and we got lucky :)

El apartamento de Aleksandra es tal como se ve en las fotos.
Es muy acogedor y está muy bien comunicado con el centro. Tiene aparcamiento si se alquila un coche., lo cual es muy comodo.
Limpio y con todo tipo de detalles que hacen la vida muy agradable,.
La comunicación con la propietaria es muy fluida antes y durante la estacia.
Gracias Aleksandra por habernos hecho la estancia en tu casa tan agradable.
Sin duda repetiriamos la experiencia.
Nos llevamos un grato recuerdo de Sofia.
