Location great,had dental work done at Nurident[short walking distance] over 5 days but stayed 11 days for sightseeing & shopping.Comfortable stay.Host lovely.
No instructions on how to open the shutters to get in to the property or the garage[never seen a lock like it!].No kitchen sink.A microwave would've been good.But contact with host sorted problems out.Very compact apartment/studio.Need to come back for further treatment in October but apartment cost prohibitive,I found a larger apartment with a balcony nearby alot cheaper.

Местоположението е отлично, намира се на пешеходно разстояние от болница Токуда, която беше моята цел на пътуването. Стаята е малка, но има всичко, което е необходимо за кратък престой. Най важното - има къде да си оставя колата без допълнителни такси и резервации. Беше чисто, подредено и домакинята беше много любезна - отговаряше на всички запитвания и помагаше доколкото беше възможно.
Стаята се намира на партера с лице към булевард Пейо Яворов и няма никаква възможност за проветрение, препоръчвам да се монтира рекуператор за пресен въздух с филтър, защото няма отваряем прозорец. Вратата на гаража е много тясна 210 см и автомобил по-голям от среден клас (Golf) е невъзможно да влезе, особено ако има спрял автомобил на паркоместата срещу гаража.

Апартамента е много креативно решение. Много коректно е описанието на удобствата и локацията.Наличието на безплатен паркинг в тази част на София е голямо предимство и облекчение. Определено лесната и непрекъсната възможност за комуникация /при необходимост/ със собственичката е голямо предимство.

L'appartamento era pulito
L'appartamento è posizionato al pian terreno di un palazzo con vari negozi accanto, è senza finestre, con una porta finestra che apre sulla strada pincipale (4 larghe corsie). Ce traffico tutta la notte e i rumori della strada sono davvero fastidiosi. Il prezzo è alto per la qualità del servizio che offre. Il riscaldamento era spento al mio arrivo in tarda sera
