L’appartement est très spacieux, très propre, en bon état et très bien situé par rapport au metro. Le quartier est plutôt calme et nous y avons très bien dormi ! L’appartement est également très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien !

We took this apartment for one night on our way home from Greece, and because of the comfort and quality of this accommodation, we extended our stay to 3 nights and decided to explore Sofia while we were here. The location is very good for Sofia, with access to parks, the Zoo, and a nearby subway station. The apartment is well furnished, has a lot of space, and offers all the facilities you need to feel just like home. For sure, this is the place we’re going to choose again when we need to stay in Sofia. The only inconvenience we've had, though not entirely the fault of the accommodation, was the parking situation. The location is in Sofia's green zone parking, and during workdays you are allowed only a theoretical 4-hour stay in the area around the apartment. We had to be creative and pay using both an app and parking vouchers, but this whole experience involved some stress to figure out. So, I would suggest that the host stop sending guests to the nearby underground parking (because it’s too expensive) and instead inform guests who need to park about how parking in Sofia really works, so they are better prepared.

The host is super supportive and proactive. The appartment itself has 2 fully independent bedrooms which was super convenient for our travel. Kitchen fully equipped. Very spacious. Sometimes there are free parking spots in front of the house. Appartment itself was super clean, bed and pillows nice, kitchen spacious. Check in possible also late at night. Ameneties like hair dryer and dry iron available. Balcony at the master bedroom very comfortable. You can come easily with two families to visit. I would come again when i visit sofia. I liked it very much.
