Mila's 1 Bedroom Apartment

It was comfortable, self accommodation, peaceful and neat.

No parking place. That makes it uncomfortable to unload luggage or feel convenient with a parking spot when you are a guest of the city.

Очень мало парковочных мест около дома. Не понравились коммуникации с владельцем, нам отправили только 1 инструкцию по заселению с недоступными фотографиями и все. Когда я писала и спрашивала про вайфай в чате букинга, вообще никто не отвечал.

Отлично местоположение с всички необходими уреди на приятен и удобен престои. Намира се на тиха, малка улица, което прави отсядането в апартамента много спокоино. Чисто и подредено, идеално е за пътуване по работа.

Nice area. The apartment is well equipped. The building is new.

We felt tricked because the price on booking was 91 bgn, but in the end we payed 161 bgn, the rest was cleaning fee. 71 bgn for cleaning it's too much (almost like accommodation price) and while going to check out with the order we always so the price 91 bgn, after paying they added the cleaning fee, so we payed almost double. This price isn't justified! Also the communication with the owner was very hard. He didn't answer to our booking messages, not even to our first calls. When we arrived at the destination we tried 20 minutes to get in contact with the owner. Another problem was that the apartment wasn't ready, even if we arrived at 21.30 PM. Also the bed it's broken, you'll sleep uncomfortable. Also take in consideration, if you're more than 2 people, someone must sleep on the sofa, which is uncomfortable too and very short, your feet will be outside the sofa. The shower in the bathroom doesn't have walls and all the bathroom will be wet if someone has a shower. Also bathroom door has some problems, can't be opened until the end. I don't recommend!
