A2 Residence Two Bedroom Apartment

The apartment was clean, located in a very nice neighborhood, and features balconies with some views. The bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. We also appreciated that the host was cooperative in providing an extra towel, pillow, and sheet for our 8-year-old son, even though he was not included in the original booking headcount.

Check-in & Delays: The host insists on handing over keys in person but kept lying about his arrival time, repeatedly saying he was "almost there" while my family and I were stuck waiting in the car on the street for a long time. False Parking Claims: Free/dedicated parking is inaccurate. We were directed to park far from the apartment and had to haul our luggage a long distance. There isn't even a temporary drop-off spot near the entrance, as the adjacent lot is barrier-restricted and the apartment lacks access cards. Broken Promises (No Blackouts): Prior to booking, I specifically asked about blackout curtains (mentioned in previous reviews). The host assured me they were installed, but on arrival, he claimed they were bought and a technician would come "tomorrow." No one ever showed up during our entire 3-night stay. Misleading & Unfinished Layout: The second "bedroom" is just an open alcove inside the living room with no door and an uncurtained window facing the living area, offering zero privacy or light control. Worse, the room is completely unfinished around the doorway area, leaving exposed, dangling electrical wires.
