A nice, small apartment, good neighborhood with playgrounds for kids, good for staying a day or two, a bit challenging if staying for more than that. Might come again if I have a short stay in Sofia.
The air-conditioning needs cleaning ASAP. Literal pieces of dirt were coming out of it. The toilet smells weird to say the least (old and moist smell), I think the ventilation does more harm than good - brings in bad smell from the rest of the building into the apartment. Would've rated it much higher (8/10 most likely) but the cleanliness was severely impacted by this. Other than that, just some minor issues which can be easily ignored.

L’appartement était très propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. La cuisine avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour préparer un repas. La literie était confortable et l’endroit était calme. La localisation était parfaite, proche du centre-ville et des transports.
Rien à signaler, tout était parfait pour un court séjour.

Апартамента е функционален и удобен. Модерно обзаведен с качествени мебели, голяма стая. Страхотна гледка. С асансьор. Лесно настаняване, самостоятелно с кей бокс.
За съжаление трябва да кажа, че има много какво да се желае по отношение на чистотата - кухнята, банята, смесителите, гърнето, бяха занемарени. А също и дребни детайли, счупени малки части от обзавеждането стояха отстрани не монтирани или не изхвърлени. Тези детайли и не добре почистените уреди и елементи допринасят за не добра оценка на помещението.
