Good value for the money.

The facility and interior seemed quite new. Interesting concept with no direct contact with employees, only online and remotely by phone. The employee from the call center were very friendly and nice. Free drinks like a beer, cola, apple juice were available.

We first got a room that was not cleaned and got a new one. The new room was cleaned but on the blanket we found a hair which was unpleasant. Climate control of temperature and strength of the ventilator can only happen via QR code. And after some time you need to re-login to change climate. This was quite time consuming.

Für ein zwei Nächte ausreichend

Gemütlich war das Bett und die Kissenauswahl. Sehr nett war die Aufmerksamkeit in der Minibar.

Leider war das Wasser in der Dusche an 2 Tagen sehr kalt und ließ sich nicht regulieren. Zudem lagen viele lange Haare auf dem Teppich.

Slecht, 2 uur voor de deur staan wachten en uiteindelijk de reservatie nog moeten annuleren.

We hadden enkele uren voor aankomst geboekt. Toen we aankwamen konden we niet binnen. Verschillende keren geprobeerd om telefonisch contact op te nemen, maar geen gehoor en niemand die terug belde. Dan maar contact opgenomen met booking.com., zij hebben ons heel goed verder geholpen, maar ook zij kregen geen contact. Na 2 uur voor de deur te staan wachten heeft booking.com onze reservatie geannuleerd zodat we iets anders konden boeken. Als je iets wil uitbaten waar mensen kunnen verblijven, zorg er dan ook voor dat je bereikbaar bent en dat je er voor kan zorgen dat je de mensen binnen kan laten.

War sehr gemütlich

Mein Aufenthalt im TIN in Nettetal war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das außergewöhnlich unkomplizierte Einchecken – schneller und einfacher geht es kaum. Trotz der eher kleinen Raumgröße merkt man sofort, dass viel Mühe in die Einrichtung geflossen ist: Die Kombination aus gemütlicher Holzoptik und effizienter Raumnutzung schafft eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Ein echtes Highlight war das unglaublich bequeme Kissen, in das man regelrecht hineinsinkt wie in eine Wolke. Auch das große, modern geflieste Bad fügt sich intuitiv und gut integriert in das Gesamtkonzept ein.

Der einzige Nachteil ist die etwas lautere Lage, auf die man sich einstellen sollte. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr gemütlich und absolut empfehlenswert.
