The property was great, the house is beautiful, the gardens amazing and is super calm despite of being close to the main road to Germany

Lovely stay in beautiful villa

Beautiful old house with big garden. Very nice family welcoming us at arrival, they could lead us to the only open restaurant nearby. We got two connected bedrooms with a big bathroom that seemed brand new. It was quiet, in the night we only heard lots of frogs which was quite nice. Our dog was welcome and it was possible to park our car in the garden. In the morning we had a good breakfast downstairs. Unfortunately we didn't have time to test the pool.

The warm weather made the room very warm this particular night and none of us slept well because of that. This was not surprising given the age of the house and that we were on the second floor, but it would have been nice with a fan or some way of creating a draft.

I don’t stay

I reserved one room in this hotel but after one hour they sent me email and told me the room is not available I think they rent for same body else for more many. that’s very poor customer service and Business policy.

Very welcoming host, nice and quiet location

Very close to the Pieterpad which was a plus for us, the breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Room was very clean and had everything you could want.

Bed was a bit on the harder side but we both slept great!

Das Frühstück war super und sehr individuell. Wir konnten jeweils abends Bescheid sagen, ob und mit wie vielen Personen wir frühstücken würden. Es war sehr familiär. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist super nett. Ich habe den "Herrn des Hauses" jeweils individuell bitten können, den Pool für mich zu öffnen. In dieser Jahreszeit und bei den Temperaturen war ich die einzige, die den Pool genutzt hat - was mir sehr gut gefiel!

Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen, de douche/wc cabine die is heel erg klein. Moeilijk om je toiletspullen droog te houden.Maar dit nadeel woog voor mij absoluut niet op tegen alle voordelen

Heel fijn!

Prachtig huis, fijne kamer. Helaas regende het, zodat ik niet in de mooie tuin kon zitten. Annette en Oscar waren behulpzaam en aardig. Wat heel positief was: de ijskast met biertjes op de gang, tegen normale prijzen. Lekker bed, heerlijk geslapen.

Heel fijn verblijf in mooie, oude directeursvilla met geweldige tuin met veel leuke zitjes.

De tuin met de verschillende zitjes, het mooie huis, de heerlijke bedden, de ruime badkamer, die aardige hostel, het zwembad, de mooie natuur direct vanuit de locatie te bewandelen, het Missiemuseum en dorpje Steyl met de klloostertuinen.
