The price was good compared to what we got, walkable location from the tube, and the one staff member we met was nice. I did appreciate the self-check-in process as well.
It was a little hard to find, a sign would have been nice as we were second guessing if we were at the right door. There was also a bad smell in our room during our stay that did not go away, which makes me wonder if our room never got cleaned well enough.

Really good value for money stay, felt pretty safe overall despite being in a bit of an iffy area.
Felt really well provided for, with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided for.
Lovely, hard-working lady runs the place who made me and my mates feel very welcomed.
General quality of the rooms is good, beds are comfy and clean and utilities are well provided for
Not a fault of the property, but the area is a little bit dodgy
The “Terrace” is kind of just a dumping ground for broken utilities
Beds are a bit creaky, rooms can be small, depends which one you get

The bed was comfortable and in a good location, just 10 minutes from the nearest tube station with easy access to central london. The road it was on had many restaurants and shops so you could always get what you needed. Did what we needed it to!
It was relatively dirty, with dust on the windowsill, spills all over the stair carpet, stains on the walls and used cotton buds on the floor. The bathroom was particularly bad and the lack of bath mat made showering uncomfortable.
