Did ask for ground floor but got put on floor 2 as my son is not a fan of elevators but wants a massive problem

Very quiet hotel. Car park was large and ample for a very large van or bus.
Being quizzed and questioned on arrival for a business booking after working for fifteen hours was not what I wanted.
I assume because of my casual clothing. Yet when I changed into my office cloths I was treated quite differently.
Mattress issues, I am not a heavy person but the springs made the sleep uncomfortable.
Toasting machine dispenses out of the back missing the delivery tray.
Extractor in bathroom not working.
Unable to open windows because of no key.

Rooms are comfortable, basic and tired but okay for a short work stay, very noisy hotel with the M1 motorway on one side and the main train tracks out of london on the other, there's never a quiet time, can't really sleep with your window open due to the road/train noise all night.
No Parking.
The hotel car park is used as a coach park for a coach company.There is always at least twenty coaches parking here, they are too many for the coach parking area so they park across the car park bays, each coach takes up about eight car park spaces so you will struggle to park.
The coaches aren't for guests staying in the hotel they just use the car park.
Last thing you need when checking in late at night to not be able to find a parking place.
