The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable

The room was a bit spacious. We took the room with a private bathroom with nice artistic painting. It has basic utensils for cooking, a fridge & a cooker. The bed looked small but could take two people - comfy. There is a cabinet for your bag and clothes hanger and also an iron. I didn’t have to call anyone as I had all I needed for the duration of my stay.

In the private bathroom, the bath is very small so if you are a big or fat person that will be a problem as you may not freely twist and turn around. The shower head is static to the wall- non movable. The toilet was clean but to flash, you need to press & hold the knob to flash all waste ( caution). The table is portable and non-movable. It is too close to the bed to fix a chair. The chair is also hard wood but very stable.

The location of the property is ideal if you are willing to use buses/underground into central London. The property is just off of the main high street meaning it is quiet however not far away from multiple grocery shops. The flat itself is ideal if your going out all day and only coming back to sleep

When we arrived we had not heard anything from the owner, we rung him, messaged him and emailed him multiple times however there was no response. we waited for half an hour and just by luck, what I will assume to be the cleaners, walked out which he then just about managed to get hold of the owner. The owner had no record of us staying however he still let us stay. The room was okay, not the cleanest at all. It looks as if the previous guests had just left and all that had been changed was the bed sheets. When it came to cooking, there was very minimal utensils and the smoke alarm was also extremely sensitive. on top of that, when it came to cleaning up after ourselves there were no dishcloths or fairy liquid so we had to buy our own as we didn't want to leave the cleaners our mess. On the booking it also states there was Wi-Fi in this property however we looked everywhere and could not find anything but we couldn't ask anyone as there was never any staff on site. The toilet also blocked very easily and the flush was also very noisy (you could hear others flushing from the other side of the building) you could also smell everyone else's toilet business.
