Fue muy acogedor y cómodo, con calefacción menos mal, ya que habían días donde hacía mucho frío

No tenía servicios de limpieza, como escoba y fregona y a parte dos ornillas; de la cocina no funcionaban

Great location, so close to the Jubilee line, couldn't recommend it on that fact alone. Got back from Harry Styles within 45mins of him finishing the last song. HOWEVER

The TV had no remote, there was no hair dryer in the room (flat 4) even though we had an empty box for the said hair dryer in the room??? Tried to contact host before stay regarding if the towels and toiletries are provided, and then I have called and messaged SEVERAL TIMES during the stay after getting the automated message that said "Please, let me know once you are inside and if you need anything." and haven't received a response to my queries to this day. We needed someone onsite that could've helped us out. If someone has stolen the hair dryer, that should have been replaced. The towels were in fact provided but the size of toiletries were a joke so remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Additionally the kitchen worked great other than the fridge. In the middle of summer in London the FRIDGE WAS TURNED OFF, I would've asked how to fix it but as established NO ONE ANSWERED ME. The room was also small so if you are going while its warm out be prepared that the room gets hot and there wasn't a clear way to cool it down.
