    Definitely two star. The manager was really helpful; seems like a good guy. This is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Kinda far from the center, and neighborhood was not the best, but doable

    We stayed 5 nights in this hotel, and it's one of the cleanest hotels we have been to. It's newly refurbished and rooms are good size as well. Comfortable, not boxy at all. Linings, bathroom and everything else in new and clean. And the hotel owner is one of the nicest guys you can ever meet. He is very helpful and tries his best to please you. You can get to central London in 20 minutes by Jubilee Line. Neasden Station is 10 minutes to the hotel by walking. About the neighbourhood... Some people criticized it in their reviews but we didn't have a single problem at all during our stay. This is a very good value hotel. Will definitely stay again. Recommended.

    It felt like a hostel with no staff. It was clean though, but no one was there to look after. the rooms very clean but it was very noisy out side. I wouldn't be staying here again.

    Unfortunately, the cleaning must be improved (I had to get gloves and wipes to clean the bathroom myself). The bedding was clean and comfortable. The area is not great for tourists, I did not feel safe, but the hotel is placed on the Main Street, and it is safe to access. No amenities, no reception (perhaps under construction?). Tea and coffee, tv and fridge provided. The staff was nice and welcoming.
