Easy to find, easy to check in and out.
Clean and comfy bed.
Great value for the money.
Huge garden.
Its a bit tatty and tired. Ripped curtains, holes in walls that have been masking taped. Just a very tired property.

The location is excellent, close to supermarket and tube and bus stations. Good value for money. If you want hotel standards pay hotel prices. It was a clean comfortable guest house that was more than adequate for a couple of nights. Easy to travel to wembley and into the city
Decor is a little dated but the place is clean and useable
