The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city on foot. The host was very friendly and helpful, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the apartment is nicely decorated.

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. It felt a bit like the apartment is not regularly used, as some items in the kitchen were stored in unusual places, making it less practical to use. The terrace was unfortunately not clean during our stay, so we weren’t able to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The main issue was a drainage/sewage problem that caused water to come up through the floor, leaving the area constantly wet. As a result, it became unpleasant quite quickly and had a noticeable impact on our comfort during the stay. Overall, the apartment has many positive aspects, but addressing these maintenance and cleanliness issues would greatly improve the guest experience.

Obiekt zlokalizowany jest w sercu Ortigia w klimatycznej, historycznej kamienicy. Mieszkanie jest duże, posiada dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, kuchnię, salon i bardzo nietypowy, ale uroczy ogród. Mieszkanie urządzone jest bardzo stylowo, w klimacie pasującym do architektury miasta. Wiele ozdób i elementów nawiązuje do Sycylii. Wysyró i wyposażenie jest w pełni nowe. W pelni urządzona kuchnia, wszystkie naczynia i bardzo duża ilość talerzy i kieliszków. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, działająca klimatyzacja a sypialnie skierowane są do wnętrza budynku co zapewnia ciszę.
