Judeka Suite Ortigia with Jacuzzi

Una camera super accogliente, tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Mi è piaciuto molto il modo in cui abbiamo trovato la casa.

The location is great. The apartments are great for love adventures. Large jacuzzi near the bed. The restaurant outside the door is great.

The front door is hard to lock. It's strange that the toilet doesn't have a door.

Quando entri la tua reazione è “WOW”. La struttura è davvero bella. Appena apri la porta trovi davanti a te un arredamento moderno, curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ottima, nel cuore di Ortigia (attenzione alla ztl, prenotare in anticipo un garage per il posto auto se viaggiate in questo modo, soprattutto nei mesi estivi che si riempiono velocemente). L’host è molto gentile e disponibile. La jacuzzi è molto bella e vi verrà spiegato ogni passaggio per il suo corretto utilizzo. Il bagno è a vista, con possibilità di separare i sanitari da una tendina. Presenti a pagamento vini e spumanti per preparare un aperitivo.

Piccolo consiglio: la struttura è molto bella e funzionale per pochi giorni. Forse diventa difficile per chi vuole soggiornarvi a lungo a causa dell’umidità (non sono presenti finestre se non una piccola apertura sopra la cucina) È difficile pertanto stendere i panni, far prendere aria al locale (appena si apre la porta di fronte c’è una piazzetta con locali). Magari un deumidificatore potrebbe aiutare.

To be honest not much! It wasn't what we hoped for! The room had no privacy for a family of 3 girls (1 woman, 1 teenager and 1 child and 1 man). There was a shower curtain to block off toilet and shower but no room to actually block anywhere off to have any privacy. The only good thing was the location of this property and being supplied water.

The smell of the drains was beyond putrid. No privacy at all. The host spoke little English and don't even get me started on the spa/jacuzzi! You honestly needed a rocket scientist degree to actually use the thing so we didn't end up using it and then the sides started coming apart. The tv are too close together and they have universal remotes so when you change a channel you change both tvs. When the kids had their sofa bed out you couldn't access the kitchen area at all. The front door lock was so hard and would jam all the time. No privacy for a family! Only one thin shower curtain blocking off the very open toilet and shower so no one can be in the bathroom room, toilet whilst showering. I asked to get a refund after first night as it really impacted our stay however it was denied. We had booked for 4 nights and really put a damper on our holiday in Ortigia. They only reason we booked this hotel over others that we loved was because it stated parking however when we went to arrive it wasn't private parking and had to pay $100 euros for the 4 nights at a garage 7 mins walk away from property.
