This attractively renovated holiday home, built in 1934 and later expanded, spans approximately 138 m² and accommodates up to six guests. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen-dining area equipped with an electric and wood stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, seamlessly connecting to a cozy living room with a seating area, SAT TV (including German programs), DVD, video, and stereo system. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and deep freezer, and a sauna with a shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, guests will find a small furnished hallway with a reading corner and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house offers hot and cold running water and electric central heating. Please note that it is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
