About this house rental

You'll find a boat, bicycles, and more on site at this pet-friendly vacation home. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 28-minute drive to Virserum Cultural Center or the 24-minute drive to Växjö-Västervik Railway.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1292-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, stereo, and DVD player.

This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rental features a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too.

We stayed for three days in this nice and very well equipped and maintained home. It is spacious and it was spotless when we arrived. The large beds are very comfortable. Thomas the host was very helpful in case we had questions.

Das Hausgrundstück liegt zentral in Fagerhult, an einer Seitenstraße, ca. 50-100 m von der Hauptstraße und einem Supermarkt entfernt. Die Hausumgebung ist ruhig, fast idyllisch. *** Im Haus befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit riesigen französischen Doppelbetten. Im dritten Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten. Die Betten sind hart, nach unserem Geschmack sehr bequem. Einzeldecke pro Person finden wir sehr praktisch. *** Weiter gibt es Wohnzimmer mit Flach-TV und deutschen Programmen, Klimaanlage, Kamin, Couch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche inkl. Ofen und Spülmaschine, Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und einem Trockner, Gäste WC und ein Bad. *** In der Garage - ein Grill und zwei Fahrräder, die uns Besitzer freundlicherweise zur Verfügung gestellt hat. *** Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und alle technischen Gegenstände befinden sich im tadellosen Zustand. *** Das WLAN funtioniert schnell und zuverlässig. *** Ca. 20 Gehminuten befindet sich ein Camping am See, mit einem Schwimmbereich und sogar 3 m hohem Springturm. Sonst ist in der Gegend eher wenig los. *** Die Badetücher, die Verwendung von Waschmaschine und des Trockners sowie Endreinigung kosten Aufpreis. Angesichts des angemessenen Mietpreises und luxuriöser Innenausstattung finden wir es aber vollkommen legitim. *** An unseren Aufenthalt in Fagerhult werden wir uns lange sehr warm erinnern.
