The kitchen includes modern appliances such as an electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher, while a connected dining area offers direct access to a 36 m² terrace. The upper floor has another living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a tub. Communal amenities include a washer, dryer, and an infrared sauna located in the adjacent building.
