About this house rental
This holiday home is located about 20 km from the Baltic Sea coast and the archipelago in the municipality of Högsby.
Cozy Swedish house with sauna and fireplace on the edge of a small village in the country. The house is on a hill. You can see the place from there.
The house has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. It is nicely decorated with a cozy living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with Swedish fitted wardrobes and dining table as well as a ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave / grill, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishes, pots, etc.
The house also has a washing machine, which is located in the basement. German TV programs can be received via the satellite system, the large flat screen TV is from 2015. The technical equipment is supplemented by radio / CD and BluRay player. Internet via a rechargeable internet stick. Free WiFi in the tourist information and library in Högsby.
In the basement there is a shower (ceiling height in the shower approx. 1.90 m) and a solid wood sauna that invite you to relax. Central heating and a remote-controlled heat pump / air conditioning system are of course also available. There is also a stove for cozy evenings in front of the fire when it is cool outside.
The property is fenced down to the entrance. You can relax in the large garden with fruit trees, jog, walk in the adjacent forest or collect berries and mushrooms. A terrace and parking space are also available. The house is quiet. The house has a barbecue area and garden furniture.
There is an illuminated jogging path in the village, which can be used as a cross-country ski run in winter.
You can shop 300 m and the train station is six km away. Public transport is also just 300 meters away. It is five minutes to the swimming lake (by car), all tourist attractions and the Baltic Sea and Öland are easily accessible.
Several beautiful swimming lakes and designated bathing spots, also with a sandy beach, are in the immediate vicinity (6 km). The Baltic Sea with many islands and bathing places is about 20 km away
From here you can reach many famous sights by the shortest route.
