Idyllisches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
This holiday house is on Oknö, a peninsula in the Baltic Sea. It is a corner plot without fencing. Several cars can be parked next to the house, as the driveway is extensive.
Each room has an electric radiator. The children’s room has a bunk bed (80 x 200cm) and the other bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm). The living room has a fireplace and satellite TV. The bathroom provides a WC, shower and washing machine. The kitchen provides everything you need, including a fridge and freezer compartment, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There are enough hand and bath towels, so you do not necessarily have to bring your own.
The terrace consists of two areas: a dining space and a wicker furniture suite for relaxing. It also has an electric grill and a little charcoal grill. Several plastic chairs and a table are available in the garden. Four bicycles are available for use free of charge. These are simple bicycles which are intended for short distances only or for exploring the peninsula.
In case of an occupancy with more than four guests, the other persons will sleep in the adjoining house, which is only a few meters away from the main house.
There is a children’s playground just 150 metres away and there are various places where you can swim within easy access, The nearest town is Mönsterås, about six kilometres away, with an indoor pool and various shopping facilities. If you are hankering after a larger town, then you have to drive to Kalmar and from there on to Öland. Otherwise there are various trip destinations in this area, such as Öland’s animal park, the Astrid Lindgren World, an elk park with tame elk, glass-making etc.
