Great location, I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation - simply loved the cabin style, even though they were simple and the bunk beds may not fit everyone (we were accommodated in the small red cabins). I was staying there with my father and he was thrilled .) Service facilities were clean and close by, the camp staff were friendly and supportive. We have rented bed sheets (as we're traveling lightly) and got them almost right-away.

Big disappointment

First thing by checking-in, the receptionist charged us more then booking.com informed us for 5 bed linens. She charged us 140sek instead of 125sek per person saying the price went up. I asked to give the money back and she „did” but the money never came to the account. The cottage we got was cold without working heating, had weird unfresh smell and some things were destroyed which I felt obligation to say about in reception in case they charge us for them. It would be much better if they told us in advance about destroyed things in the cottage. Heating was not working, and after many visits in the reception, many phone calls and lost 4 hours and stressful moments we got upgraded to another cottage - much more cosy, newer. Heated in advance, how it should be. However without working TV this time, which is clear evidence they dont check cottages before guests arrive to ensure that everything is working.

If price was lower and bathroom was cleaner I would come back.

The location was great. Super close to the water. The room itself was nice. Had four bunk beds and it was quite small considered it’s supposed to fit up to 4 people, it was tolerable though. The kitchen in the small cottage was nice and so was the view.

The bathroom situation needs to be improved. Even for a camping site it needs to meet basic level cleanliness. We were bike packing for two weeks and I felt cleaner bathing in lakes and sh*tting in the forrest than using this bathroom. It smelled like mildew and excrements. The mattresses were super hard and worn out. Also, the value for the price charged didn’t match.

The nature and surroundings, the beach. It was easy to check in with the key box.

Toilets and the showers. The cabin was really hot and you couldn’t keep the windows open because there wasn’t any mosquito nets.

nice experience

modern look, quite confortable and intimate, own bathroom. parked the car right in front of the door, equiped with a barbecue which we used. Liked the children playground with a unique huge inflated lump where kids were jumping and had fun.

all rooms were quite spacious except for the kids bedroom. it was very small and tight

Ok space, good kitchen edge in cottage. Checkin was possible also 8PM time, shower and toilet were beside cottage, Kalmar Castle is not far away.

Nice and fresh independent cabin

The house is nice and fresh and full of light, bathroom and kitchen are clean, the area is nice and it’s close to Kalmar. The unit is completely independent so we had everything we needed for a short stay.

The floors in the house except for the bathroom are super cold. Be sure to take some extra socks with you. The area is silent and calm BUT the went is loud and intake is located outside the main bedroom wall so it’s humming all night right next to your head. The bed is too hard for my taste. The house has these awesome big windows but there is no view, you get to see the back of the houses next to yours. There is a cleaning fee of 1000 kr if you don’t clean well enough after your stay which I think is a bit much for their rate. I also found a pair of socks in the bedroom that someone forgot which made me doubt the thoroughness of the cleaning and extra corona measures that were advertised on the properties page 🙄

Great stay

We stayed in the deluxe cottage and really liked it. It was very clean and beds are very comfortable. Good division of the rooms, enough space for your stuff. We loved to stay there and having breakfast at the terrace with view to the sea was amazing.

Minor issues: no curtains in the living room area (although the other cottages had some), no kitchen towels, no handrail on the terrace. Information on the cottage itself, how the aircon works, the area, activies offered... The kids room is a little bit small.

Zentrumsnah und doch im Grünen.

Schöne kleine Häuser. Ausstattung (wir hatten ein Haus, in dem Hunde erlaubt sind) ok, Sofa mit Gebrauchsspuren. Ausstattung der Küche reicht aus, ingesamt alles in Ordnung. Lage ist sehr gut, schöne ruhige Umgebung.

Leider ist die Wärmepumpe am Haus etwas laut. Die Fassade braucht etwas Pflege.

Bra för kort vistelse

Mysig liten stuga som funkade bra för 4 personer att övernatta en natt. Rent och fräscht.

Vi checkade in efter det blivit mörkt, så det var lite svårt att hitta stugan på egen hand på den mörka campingplatsen. Hade varit bättre med fler lampor och tydligare skyltar på både vägar och på stugorna.

Leuke plek aan het water en centraal om de omgeving te verkennen.

Het was nieuw, netjes en alles zat in de stuga. Je loopt zo naar het strand en Kalmar zelf is ook op loopafstand of je pakt voor een paar minuten de auto. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bijvoorbeeld een dagje Öland.

We keken uit op een heel slecht onderhouden caravan met rommel eromheen. Ook was de stuga minder ruimtelijk dan de plaatjes. Voor het geld wat we ervoor betaald hebben hadden we ook een luxe hotelkamer met ontbijt kunnen krijgen.

Trevlig personal, fin stuga, fantastiskt område för träning, bad och avkoppling.

Varmvattnet försvann snabbt och det blev översvämning när flera duschade samtidigt i servicehuset.

Der var ingen nøgle ved indtjekning, og heller intet personale. Resulterede i 1.5 times opkald i kø til kundeservice og i sidste ende fik vi en nøgle til en mindre og anden hytte end der var booket og betalt for.

Stugan var bra. Sängen extra bra. Fina grönytor att gå med hunden

Fjärrkontrollen saknade batterier. Vid 1 natt kan man bara kolla tv. Receptionen var stängd kl 18. Hänvisade till ett telnr som hade 1 Tim 15 min väntetid. Bröts mitt i samtalet av en automatisk tel.röst som meddelade att telefontiden upphört. Nästa dag var chefen på möte. Skulle återkomma under dagen men så skedde ej. Personalen räckte inte till, varken i reception eller tel.
