Discover our warm, spacious, and comfortable family home, located in the charming village of Saint-Germain du Salembre. Perched on a green hill, it offers a peaceful setting where you can relax while your children play safely in the large enclosed garden.
From the south-facing terrace, enjoy a splendid view of the hill, especially magical at sunset. This house is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Situated on a 1000 m² plot, the house is arranged as follows:

- Spacious entrance giving access to the bedroom floor
- Large living room with fireplace, perfect for convivial evenings
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette machine, coffee maker
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Separate toilet
Upstairs
- Master bedroom: 160x200 bed with a view of the garden and hills. Bathroom with shower and adjoining bathtub
- Double bedroom: 140x200 bed, facing the church square, with adjoining washroom
- Large family bedroom: 2 bunk beds (adult size), 1 integrated extra bed and 1 new sofa bed. Adjoining washroom
- Separate toilet

Fully enjoy the large garden and outdoor spaces:
