Correspond à la description. On n’a pas essayé le sauna (gratuit qu’une seule fois). la piscine est correcte et propre. Vu la période les transats libres et endroit calme. Bonne literie. Pas de bruit nocturne et à l’intérieur on n’entend pas les voisins. Très proche d’une grande surface. On ne savait pas mais vous pouvez emprunter un grille pain à l’accueil (non fourni dans le logement). Belle petite terrasse mais les moustiques nous ont empêché d’en profiter autant qu’on l’aurai souhaité (pensez donc à des protections 😂.) grand parking ombragé.

Un seul toilette Wc qui se trouvent qu’à l’étage et pas un au rez de chaussée, sans coins d’eau pour se laver les mains. On a acheté des patins de feutrine pour les chaises l’intérieur car le bruit du frottement au sol c'était strident. La Clim serait un plus pour la maisonnette ! Télévision placée trop haut on se tord le coup à table. Des arbustes délimitent les terrasses mais on est très (trop proche)

Great location on the outskirts of Bergerac, 10 minutes walk to a lake you can swim in and there's a restaurant too . 25 minute walk into Bergerac. The complex and our apartment was a bargain for the price , it comes with a outdoor swimming pool. The apartment was clean and adequate with separate bedroom and ground floor with outside area with table and chairs and a clothes airer too. Kitchen had a fridge dishwasher, hob microwave and kettle. To explore the area I hired a rental car from the airport which turned out to be a wise decision for getting out and about and shopping too.. The weather in September was hot and we really enjoyed out week at this location.

For the price of the accommodation and facilities, there's nothing to complain about.

Apartment was filthy, and this place was essentially the middle of nowhere. We hadn’t quite picked up on that. There is a restaurant in the park, but its maybe 2kms, dark, on wooded footpaths. Not an enticing walk back in the dark. Supermarket is a bit furthet
