Individual cottage, on a 6.5 hectare property in the middle of nature adjoining the owners' farmhouse with independent entrance.
Located in an old farmhouse of the nineteenth century, restored, full of charm and character (old stones and exposed beams), the cottage with a surface area of 70m2 consists of a kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine (filter and Dolce Gusto), a living room, flat screen 120cm, 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm and 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm or 2 beds 80x200 cm a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, reversible air conditioning, laundry room with washing machine, covered terrace and a private terrace with barbecue on an unobstructed view of the vineyards. You will be able to admire and enjoy the animals of the sheepfold which are away from the cottage, the Soay sheep (quiet little sheep), geese, chickens, cats, the essential Border collies, as well as the small pond, its springs, its wood for this walk, the wooded park and contemplate a starry sky.
Access to the 5x10m swimming pool, with its pool house shared with the owners.
Ideally located 3 minutes from the first shops, 5 minutes from the historic center of Bergerac, at the gates of the Périgord Noir and its many castles and historic caves, near the tourist route of the Bastides and their market classified as the most beautiful villages in France.

This is a truly stunning location with open views and very peaceful. Bergerac is less than 10 minutes drive and we found some other amazing medieval towns within a short driving distance. There are lake and river activities very close by with vineyards on your doorstep.The property is beautiful and is of a high standard and the pool is ideal.The owners are wonderful, very helpful and very nice people to speak with. We invited them to visit in England as we now consider them friends! Their two dogs are two of the best dogs you will ever meet, wanting to play and be fussed over, extremely gentle and very well trained.Overall this is one of the best holidays we as a family have had and much of this was due to the hospitality of Coralie and Christophe!Amazing vacation location, go and visit!!!!

It was a shame we couldn't have our dog with us at te poole. She didn't go in the water but it was not aloud. So now our dog had to stay alone behind the fance. The rest of the vacation was okay.

We had a lovely holiday at this property. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing place. We all enjoyed the swimming pool, as well as we had a great company from the very friendly owners dog :) The kids left the place with tears (they are 8 and 11 years old girls) feeling like they left a friend behind. The property is very clean, the barbecue place outside is cosy. The supermarket is 10min away where you can find whatever you need and French food is delicious. Central Bergerac is 10min drive away. If you want to have a walk around or pop in to a local bakery it's quick and easy. We came from London, for us it was a perfect place to relax!!! Thanks to Stéphanie et Matthieu ❤️
