L' appartement est propre et a été très joliment rénové et décoré.La literie est confortable et l' aménagement cuisine et salle de bain sont modernes.
L' emplacement et le quartier ainsi que la cour extérieure est étriquée et mal entretenue.

Emplacement assez proche du centre ville, 15min a pied Assez pratique pour accéder aux appartements avec code Literie confortable Parking accessible
Très mal insonorisé , simple cloison Simplement deux verres dont un en plastique ... Wi-Fi inexistante... Lingerie a vu des clients dans l'entrée, avec une tonne de linge par terre Le mot "Standing" devrait être supprimé Spa a fuir ! Fauteuil massant dans l'annonce, au final rien, simplement UN seul ,non massant. Réservé de 11h a 13h, ménage pas fini a 11h, eau pas rempli du balnéo, début de séance a 11h15 poussière pas faite, odeur de javel dans la balnéo désagréable , meuble prêt a tomber , moisissures... A revoir

Near to Train/bus station as we regularly take bus from Bergerac. Well maintained building. Good facilities. Wellness area great. Friendly staff.
People who don't close front door quietly by holding latch. 🚪
