Holiday Home 'La Maeltri' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Léguillac-de-l'Auche, this peaceful 250 m² country house can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Two high chairs and a self check-in system are provided for your convenience.



Enjoy a private garden with an uncovered terrace and a heated outdoor pool. An outdoor shower, plancha grill, summer kitchen, and a hut are also at your disposal. For your leisure, you will find a shared billiard table, table tennis, fitness equipment, foosball, air hockey table, basketball hoops, trampoline, pétanque court, swing, slide, football goals, arcade game machine, as well as toys and books for children.



You have access to 4 shared parking spaces on the property. Up to 2 pets are allowed; please note that 2 cats live on site. Events are not permitted, but regular gatherings with friends or family are welcome.



Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is possible until 10 a.m. Late check-out after noon is available for an extra fee. Air conditioning in summer is available for a supplement, with meter readings on arrival and departure. Bed linen and towels are available as an option for an extra fee. Two baby cots are provided for families with young children. A security deposit will be requested as a bank imprint. A mandatory cleaning fee will be charged on site and adjusted according to the number of guests.
