Large country home, a fully renovated former farmhouse of 140 m², with an above-ground pool measuring 10 m × 5.5 m. Garden with children’s play equipment: swing set, sandbox, playhouse. For parents who play ping-pong, 2 mountain bikes are available upon request. BBQ, lounge chairs... Peaceful and secluded.
The house consists of 3 large bedrooms, with 4 140 beds (including one master bedroom), a 90 bed, a crib, and a sofa bed. Second BB bed available upon request. One bathroom and one shower room, 2 separate toilets.
A large kitchen, living room, and large covered patio where you can enjoy yourself regardless of the weather. Baby equipment: high chair, booster seat, baby bath, changing table.
Parking available.
600 m² of parking space. All rooms open onto a terrace.
Peace and quiet, with guaranteed privacy. A variety of brochures and addresses are available to enhance your stay.
A charming village with three castles, one of which—Bellegarde Castle—is worth visiting, along with many marked hiking trails, a tennis court in the village, and a petanque court.
Ideally located for exploring the Dordogne, 10 minutes from Bergerac
Horse-drawn carriage rides from the village, fishing on the Caudeau 800m from the rental property, and weekly evening dances.
