About this villa rental
A kids paradise with a pool including a slide and a playground. Perfect for having braais next to the beautiful garden or enjoying amazing sunsets.
Stargazing before going to sleep and then to wake up with the sound of the ocean, watching the amazing landscape and maybe even seals, dolphins or whales!
SOLAR POWER PLANT - In South Africa, there's regular loadshedding, pre-defined times of 2hrs with no electricity. No worries at our house thanks to a solar power plant! Electricity will stay on!
The space
There are 4 bedrooms.
One master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. It is upstairs and has the most beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. At night you can watch the stars when in bed.
There is also a kids bedroom with a single bed upstairs, beautifully designed.
On the main level is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with 4 bunk beds. These two rooms share an amazing bathroom where you can see the ocean from the bathtub. It does have a separate shower.
We have 2 living rooms:
One large one with spectacular ocean views right next to the open kitchen and eating area. For chilly nights there is a fireplace.
From the kitchen / eating area you have access to the Braai area, the garden and pool.
The second Livingroom can be used as an office, there is a desk and excellent Internet connection (fiber WIFI internet works from the whole house). This room is also used as a TV room with a 51" TV and a comfortable couch.
There is one additional toilet.
Note: The place, as is, comfortably sleeps up to nine people. However, we can easily expand to more, adding baby beds or providing bedding for the couch. However, if you are a bigger group, the best idea is to additionally rent the apartment underneath. Pls contact us for any needs.
Guest access
You've got access to the beautiful garden and the pool area. The adjacent rocks, ladders, little bridges, play-house, slide and playground form a dream-come true for your children. If they are still small, pls watch after them :).
The exclusive BBQ area is a manifesto to the South African culture of having splendid Braais. With its own furniture in front of the Braai / fire, you have another distinct area to enjoy, relax, watch the stars and eat in a fantastic environment.
There is plenty of outside space also on the front decks. Decide yourself if you want to lay on one of the sunbeds, in the hammock or on the cozy outside couch area at the front of the deck.
The upstairs main bed room has a separate balcony for your comfort, too. Here, as well, your looks can wander 270° over the ocean, mountain side and the natural reserve.
There is private parking in front of the house, as it has its own driveway.
The flatlet is bookable separately, especially recommendable if you are a large group and prefer an additional bedroom, or if you come as a single or couple and prefer a cheaper option with the same beautiful views. The spaces are clearly separated and share no common grounds. You and them are not visible to each other (if there is anyone at all, most times it is not rent if you don't rent it).
