Welcome to the Boone Trace Inn. The ONLY High End Boutique Hotel Located in downtown Pineville, in the upper level of the Creech Building established in 1951. This lovely building once housed Morgan's drug store, as well as several of the local doctors and dentists in town in the 1960's, 70's and 80's. It has been completely renovated into a gorgeous and unique high end boutique hotel, nestled in the town's square.
Step into a space where immaculate cleanliness and refined ambiance greet you the moment you arrive. Our property is intentionally curated for guests who value sophistication, comfort, and a pristine environment—an experience far above what you’ll typically find in the area.
It's in walking distance of several restaurants, grocery store and gym. Relax and unwind in one of the two family rooms. Guests can access all areas of the hotel, except the staircase that goes downstairs. This is for emergency exit only. Downtown Pineville is very special and unique. You are in walking distance to several dining establishments, grocery store, dollar general store, and Odies Gym. A day pass may be acquired by calling ahead. There is also a tanning salon downstairs.
