I hope you love my personal home as much as I do. As a travel expert I travel the globe searching out travel dreams for luxury travel guests. While I am away I would love for someone to enjoy our beautiful city of Cape Girardeau and to love an nurture my home.
My home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and I have wonderful quiet neighbors on each side of me. A inclined driveway will bring you to a two car garage as well as extra parking on the side of the home as well as the street.

I love the front porch because you can sit on the front porch and sip tea and the trees cover the view of the house across the street, so this house feels private especially since we have no through traffic.
There is a air conditioning unit in the side window of my HUGE garage to keep it semi cool.
There are a total of 6 steps from the driveway up to the front porch/door and 5 steps from the garage into the laundry room kitchen and half bath from the garage. For those who steps are difficult you could come in the back gate to the back yard reception deck area and have one step onto the deck to enter via the back door.
The home is not accessible and there are no bedrooms on the main level.

The back deck is large and maintained and we have a large fenced in back yard.
The kitchen faces the back yard with widows from the dining room, kitchen and half bath so watching your family in the back yard is easy.

We have basic appliances an electric stove, dishwasher, washer dryer and refrigerator.
I bought this house because of the oversized master bedroom and master bath with two extra large closets (one a walk in) which is private on one side of the house. The other two bedrooms one facing street side and across the hall one facing the back yard share a bathroom at the end of the short hall. Everything is private yet compact and close.

What I love most about my home:
All rooms but one have brand new hardwood floors and we sit on a quiet cul-de-sac. You can literally be anywhere in Cape Girardeau in less than 8 minutes. My home has a large back deck and fenced in back yard. Enjoy local artist art (some for sale). Because it is a rental we do have moderate furiture.

I request you only rent my home if you will be kind and gentle to the house and treat it with respect. No smoking anywhere on the property (allergies) and we have to charge to deep clean.
