This adorable 1-bedroom house in Dublin is perfect for your escape to the city. Situated in the centre of Dublin, numerous parks surround it, and it is in a very quiet area. Built in 1870 and refurbished with care, keeping the charm of the old cottage with brick walls and old floorboards.
Bedroom: King-size bed with a little desk. Blackout blinds and privacy curtains.
Attic: Double single bed with a little desk. Blackout blinds and privacy curtains.
There are stairs to access the attic, which are quite steep and not adapted to young children.
Living room: Large soft 3-seat sofa, comfortable enough to sleep on. Blackout curtains all around the living room. TV, DVDs, books and games.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an air fryer and dishwasher.
Bathroom: towels, washing machine, steam genie. Shower adapted for a tall person.
Back garden: Sitting area under pergola.
